Who We Are

Trust Fund (specie-trustfund.vercel.app) is operated by PaintedApp, LLC, 1327 SE Tacoma St #394, Portland, OR 97202, in the United States. We sell numbered prints on canvas and paper. For anything about your information, write to support@painted.app.

What We Collect

Browsing this site collects nothing about you. We run no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies, and we keep no account for you.

When you buy, Stripe collects your name, email, phone number, shipping address and card on its own checkout page. We receive your name, email, phone and shipping address, and never your card number.

If you commission a Family Board, we keep the words you type into its twelve squares, because we print them.

If you write to us, we keep the email so we can answer it.

What We Use It For

To take your payment, have your canvas made and shipped, send your receipt and tracking, and answer you. That is the whole list. We do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or use it to train any model.

Who Processes It

Stripe takes the payment. Prodigi, our print lab, receives your name, shipping address and email to make and deliver the canvas. Resend sends our emails. Vercel hosts the site and stores print files; Claid.ai enlarges our pictures for print and never sees your details.

The Public Ledger

The ledger lists each numbered canvas with its piece, number, size and date. It never shows a name, email, city or address.

How Long We Keep It

Order records stay in Stripe for as long as tax and accounting law requires, which is usually seven years. Family Board words stay with the order record. Emails to us are kept for two years.

Your Rights

You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted where the law allows, by writing to support@painted.app. We answer within thirty days. If you live in California, you have the rights the CCPA gives you, and we do not sell or share personal information as that law defines it. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the rights of the GDPR, and our legal basis for using your details is the contract you make when you buy.

Children

The site is for adults buying art. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen.

We date every change on the policy changes page.
